Calgary Public Teachers Local 38 is hosting the 2026 New Teachers’ Induction on Thursday, 2026 April 23 at 5:30pm. It will be held at the Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza which is located at 1316 33 Street NE. This event is to celebrate new teachers in their first or second year of teaching (including substitute teachers), or teachers who have moved from another province and are in their first or second year of teaching in Alberta and have not attended an induction ceremony previously, and induct them into the Association.
